The Ultimate Guide to Pet Adoption: Tips for a Smooth Transition

I Loved Bad Bunny (But Not as Much as I Love Mama Bun)

Music is great. Bunnies are better.

Recently, Bad Bunny won Album of the Year at the 2026 Grammy Awards for De bí Tirar Más Fotos, making it the first Spanish‑language album in history to get that honor. He followed that with a huge set at the Super Bowl halftime show, complete with energy, rhythm, and guest appearances that lit up the place.

Impressive? Absolutely. Vibrant? You bet. Noise‑worthy? Definitely.

Then, there is Mama Bun, the living, hopping, lettuce‑munching guru of serenity who is the best bunny of all. She understands presence, patience, and the sacred art of perfect stillness

She not only models calm and educates children, she is also, most importantly,  my favorite colleague here at AWA.  She shows how to approach life with grace and confidence, even in the middle of chao while, I supervise quietly, ensuring everyone here at AWA maintains a level of dignity appropriate to their species...

Sometimes, I sit nearby and just observe. She flops into a sunbeam, stretches luxuriously, and then hops over to inspect the latest hay trends. I make a note: 10/10 form as always. I might even take a micro-nap mid-lesson, strictly for research purposes, of course—but every time, I am reminded why she is the legendary bunny she is.

Bad Bunny? Incredible.
Mama Bun? Legendary.
Paul? Still in charge.

Meet Our Available Headliners

While Mama Bun holds down the executive suite, we currently have two wonderful long haired bunnies available for adoption who are ready to bring that same calm presence into a forever home.

Goblin is a one year old, spayed female Lionhead and American mix with a sweet and gentle demeanor. She enjoys quiet time as much as playful interaction and would thrive in a home that appreciates a peaceful, affectionate companion. Goblin is the kind of rabbit who settles into her space and brings a steady, comforting energy with her. She would make a lovely addition to a family looking for a devoted and serene friend.

Jackolantern is also a one year old, spayed female Lionhead and American mix with a calm and gentle personality. She enjoys leisurely hops around her enclosure and is always ready for a gentle pat or a healthy treat. Her quiet confidence makes her a wonderful companion for families seeking a peaceful and loving rabbit. Jackolantern is ready to bring warmth and steady companionship into her new home.
